1. I'm skeptical, this sounds like a scam
This is definitely no scam. 2. What are the requirements to join?
All you have to do is agree to our terms and conditions, be a US resident and at least 13 years old, it is as simple as that!
3. What if I am not a US resident?
I am afraid that if you are not then we are not able to work with you right now. We are working hard to make sure other countries can participate soon though, so keep checking back!
4. Is it possible for me to have more than one account?
Each individual or household is allowed only one account with us. If you have family that is interested in joining up that is great, they are more than welcome to do so as long as they do not live in the same house as you.
5. Can I join without a credit card?
Sure thing! Lots of the opportunities here don’t need a credit card at all. You can read the offers and see which do and which don’t this makes choosing the offers for you simple. You may want to look into getting one though so you can participate even more allowing you to earn more.
6. I hate spam, will I start getting it?
We don’t share any of the information that you share with us. We know how important your privacy is to you and as such it is just as vital to us.
7. How do I start here?
As soon as you have filled out the registration, you will get a quick message letting you know how to manage your account as well as a list of the best offers available right away.
8. How does Cashazon work?

PAYMENTS
10. When do I get the money I earn?
As soon as your account hits the magic number $20 you can withdraw your earnings after the 15th of the very next month. We pay through Checks.
11. When do I get my cash?
Well, our minimum payout is $20 and those who have that much will have their withdrawals processed by the 25th of the next month. As long as you keep making $20 or more you will get a regular check each month and for the months that you don’t make that much, the balance will just go towards the next months money earned.
12. How much can I make?
You can make as much money as you want to. If you have the time to spend filling out offers then you could make thousands! It is up to you!
13. I didn’t get paid for the offer I filled out, now what?
Are you already a member at the site you signed up for? If so that could be the problem. Did you fill out the forms correctly? Have you double checked the reporting time? Go over these things and if you have not found the solution then let us know. Just send up the email receipt, you can find it at the bottom of the Statistics page. Make sure to include the date and time you filled out the offer.
14. Do you have more than one payment method?
Not at the moment, but we plan on adding support for Paypal, Neteller, ePassporte Virtual Visa shortly. As a member, you will be notified when we add support for more payment methods.
15. How do you work the mailing of checks?
We send all checks via US Mail to the address you have officially put on your account.
16. Can I use the ePassporte account I already have to get paid?
Not at the moment, but we plan on adding support for ePassporte Virtual Visa very soon.
17. What kinds of requirements do I need to meet for the PayPal payment option?
* If you have a friend of family member who is also a member at Cashazon you cannot share your PayPal account
* You have to already have your PayPal address set up before you set this payment method on your account. (Sign up now)
* The account must be a verified US account.
If any of these requirements present a hardship, we suggest that you select a different cashout method, such as a check.
OFFERS
18. Is it easy to fill out an offer?
Each offer comes with clear instructions. As soon as you click on it you will be led through the process step by step. When you are done click the button that indicates completion and you are set. Once we have verified you did in fact complete the offer you will see the credit for it in your account.
19. Do I have to be truthful and honest when filling out offers?
Yes, no fake names or information. If you are caught lying we may very well suspend your account completely.
20. What are these offers anyways?
Advertisers use these offers to gain new customers. They can be for either a product or a service or even website registrations. Every offer is different and dependant on what the advertiser is in need of.
21. Does it take very long to get credit on instant offers?
Usually your account will be credited in under 10 minutes but this is not always the case. Sometimes it takes hours or even days. If you feel it has been taking too long and it is over 14 days already then use the offer tracking system to request you be paid for the offer.
22. What about non-instant offers?
These usually only take a day or two, but in some cases it could be a couple of weeks. Credit card offers for example can take well over a month sometimes.
23. Can I sign up for some offers more than once?
Each person can only sign up for each offer one single time. Many of the Freebie Offers will reactivate after 30 days. So as a result you will want to keep an eye on those on your account.
REFERRALS
24. Can I earn money by referring friends and family members?
When you refer people and they become a member you will get a 20% bonus every time they fill out an offer of their own. So for example if they fill out an offer worth $50 you will get $10 instantly. All the more reason to get your friends turned onto Cashazon.
25. How do Cashazon referrals work?
There is actually more than one level to our referral program. You collect 20% of what your first their people rake in and 10% of what their referrals make. You can actually make more off of these people than off of your own completed offers!
26. How do I maximize my referrals?
We have a page dedicated to giving you all the tips that you need for getting referrals. You can get your referral link now, just log into your account and click on the "Referral Center" button.
27. Why didn’t I get credited when I referred my friend?
This is usually because of a shared IP address. If you live in the same building, say like a dorm for example, this is [probably the reason.
28. Does Cashazon have banners and stuff I can use?
Sure thing! We have a ton of great banners and other promotional material that you can start using today.

29. Can I use a PO box for my mailing address when I fill out offers?
This all depends on the advertiser. Some of the offers will have no problem with you using a PO box while others will not accept it.
30. Do I have to provide my real address when I fill out the offers?
Yes, all info that you give to advertisers needs to be genuine or you will have your account suspended.
31. Will I get junk mail sent to my home address if I give it?
There is a small chance that you will get some mail, but oftentimes this is good mail like coupons.
32. Can I use my college address as my mailing address?
As long as you live at the college that is no problem at all.
33. What about my phone number, will I receive any calls at home?
You may, again this depends on the advertiser and the offer in question. You can actually get a personal voice mailbox at www.k7.net that you can use. Then you can just check it when you get the chance. You may also want to take a look at www.privatephone.com, they too can provide you with a number to use.
34. The offer will not verify me, it has something to do with my phone number but I don’t get it, help!
This could be because your area code does not match your mailing address. This is happening more and more lately with the way phone companies are assigning numbers, especially with cell phones. www.k7.net is a good solution in these cases sometimes.
35. What happens when offers get reset?
When offers have been reset you can do them again, like the ones in the pending folder.
36. When will my support question be answered?
We will answer your support threads the same day but they get deleted soon after being resolved. Another even better way to get help is to email support AT cashazon.com (please replace AT with @) with your specific questions, just remember to put your account number in there!
37. My offer is not getting approved and I am getting worried?
There are several reasons that this may be happening to you:
- You have not waited long enough for the credit to come through.
- You are not a resident of the USA.
- You provided false information when filling out the offer.
- You have already completed the offer.
- You used a different link to complete it.
- You don’t have your cookies enabled.
- You did not fill out the form properly.
You may have canceled the trial so soon that the advertiser thought of this as a scam. When you do choose to complete a trial offer, give it a real shot.
You may already be a member at the site of the offer, if your information or even your IP address is already in their system you may not get the credit.
ACCOUNTS AND SUPPORT
38. Am I able to close my account when I want to?
No, all you have to do is just stop logging in, we will still send you emails though unless you specifically unsubscribe.
39. I have just cashed out, will it take long for the money to get to me?
We process payments around the 20th of the next month. SO if you cash out in August, you will get the money around the 20th of September.
40. I need help! Help!
