READ THIS SECTION IN ITS ENTIRETY. THE USE OF CASHAZON IMPLIES AGREEMENT WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Every person who becomes a member at Cashazon is required to read and follow these terms and conditions. It is up to you to read this section thoroughly and agree to our terms of service and the Cashazon privacy policy. You must also note and comply with all future changes and additions, removals from the following terms.

PROPER USE
By choosing to use Cashazon and accepting the agreements you are implying compliance with all terms and conditions of this site and service (Hereafter referred to as "Terms"), you are also agreeing to our Privacy Policy (Hereafter referred to as "Privacy Policy"). By accepting our terms you are agreeing that you will use Cashazon in accordance to all laws and regulations, whether these laws are local, state, national, or even international. It is forbidden to use Cashazon for any illegal, fraudulent, or inappropriate reason, and you must always adhere to the Terms or Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to look into the way you use Cashazon when we see fit. You are wholly responsible for your account on Cashazon.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Cashazon.com ("Cashazon") provides the following terms of service, which all members must agree (“Agreement”) to before they can take part in the offers placed here on Cashazon ("Program"). The Cashazon service and website (Hereafter known as "the Service") shall be made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Our members are able to complete offers that have been provided by third-party advertisers ("Third-Parties"). Once said offers have been completed they will be rewarded with money for providing this service. The Cashazon membership itself is free to those who are looking to make money by completing these offers listed on the website. All terms are subject to change by Cashazon administration without notice if necessary. Cashazon takes zero accountability and/or liability for the accessibility, timeliness, security, and reliability of the Service. Cashazon has reserved the ability and the right to change, suspend, or shut down the Service when needed without having to give notice to the members. This can be done at any time for any reason they see fit, and without any liability to said service. All decisions made by Cashazon are to be considered final ones and by becoming a member of this service you acknowledge that Cashazon will not spend time on appeals concerning their decisions.

MEMBERSHIP

  1. Membership requirements.
    1. All members must 18 years or older OR 13 years or older with parental permission. If under 18 the "I Agree" box under the parental consent section must be checked.
    2. It must be understood that all information given to third parties and to Cashazon be honest and true.
    3. Only those living in the continental US can use this service. Territories and APOs/FPOs are not eligible.
    4. Only one membership to Cashazon per person AND one per household is permitted.
    5. One single account per computer is allowed.
    6. It is not permitted that you use Cashazon from any computer but your home computer. You can have your account suspended if you use the Service from a public computer or shared computer.
    7. It is grounds for permanent suspension to use proxy or attempt to mask or reroute your connection in any way.
  2. Disqualification. A members account may be permanently suspended and his or her earnings lost, in the following cases:
    1. He/she violates any of the terms and conditions laid out in Cashazon’s Terms of Service,
    2. He/she takes part in the "spamming" of sites, emails or message boards, etc.
    3. He/she attempts "hacking" of Cashazon.
    4. He/she is causing trouble between Cashazon and advertisers.
    5. He/she posts how tos on how to cancel offers found on Cashazon.
  3. Non-Commitment. Cashazon shall have no obligation to their members. Cashazon will retain a state of non-commitment when they see fit. Cashazon reserves the right to terminate the Service, any of their users, for a specific reason or for no reason, at any time, without notice. Upon the ending of the Service, Cashazon will have no commitment to any users.
  4. Cancellation. Members are not able to shut down their accounts. To close your account, simply stop logging into the service site. Cashazon can then delete your account after 90 days of no use. Deletions are final.
  5. Transfer. Cashazon memberships and accounts cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold by members under any circumstances.
  6. User Conduct. You are agreeing to use Cashazon for legal purposes. You agree to do nothing that could compromise the security of the Site in any way, render it unavailable to other users. You agree not to change the content of Cashazon in any way. You agree to never use the site in a way that could interfere with the rights of Cashazon or the advertisers.
  7. Every user is solely responsible for keeping his or her account secure at all times. Cashazon users should not share their account information with another person. Cashazon is neither responsible nor liable for any losses incurred when a person who is not the member accesses the account.

WORD OF MOUTH

  1. Definitions. Referral: a person who becomes a member through referral of a current member. This can be done through referral links.
  2. Conditions. These referrals must be unique and valid members who also agree to Terms of Service. A "Unique and valid" member must live in a different household and use a different computer than the referrer.
  3. Falsification of Referrals. If a member is found to be using fake referrals they could have their account permanently suspended, their earnings lost and legal action taken against them.
  4. Walk-throughs. It is forbidden for members to tell their referrals which offers they should complete, they should also not help them complete any offers. This kind of behavior is know as a "walk-through" and is not permitted. All offers must be completed by the genuine person, not on behalf of another.
  5. Responsibility. As a member of Cashazon you will be responsible for your referrals. If the referrals that you generate are dishonest and fraudulent then you could lose your account and your earnings in it.

OFFERS

Offer Completion

  1. Only the Site is responsible for crediting accounts after completion of offers. If there is a problem with the crediting of your account, do not contact the advertisers, as they cannot help you.
  2. The only offers that are valid are those, which you have not completed before, even if previously it was for a different site or reason.
  3. Cashazon will not take responsibility for typographical errors on offer pages or any other page of their site.
  4. Cashazon has the right to change the commissions offered at any time.
  5. It is your responsibility to choose to fill out offers that appeal to you, it is not permitted to fill out said offers only for the money offered. If a member is found to be breaking this rule he or she could lose their account and their earnings.
  6. Always use your real information when filling out offers and signing up at Cashazon. Failure to do so can result in loss of earnings and account.
  7. Cashazon does not guarantee payment for any offers that fail to track. If your account has not been credited as it should, it is your responsibility to supply the confirmation email from the offer. Cashazon may then credit your account.
  8. The only way to get credit for any offer is by using the link found on the Cashazon website. If you get to the offer in any other way then you will not be credited. This is due to the fact that Cashazon tracks activity through their links. It is important to note however, that some spyware or anti popup applications may interfere with the links functioning properly.
  9. One must also use the same email address when filling out the offer as they did when they signed to become a member at Cashazon. Members must also enable cookies on their computer.

Offer Terms

It is the responsibility of the member to read all of the terms and conditions of each offer as Cashazon takes no responsibility for these nor does Cashazon have any control over these offers whatsoever.

  1. Cashazon simply lists the offers found on the site, they have no responsibility when it comes to the offers themselves. If a member chooses to become a member of an advertiser’s service and problems ensue, Cashazon has no responsibility or liability. It is the sole responsibility of the user to read the requirements, terms and conditions, privacy policy and billing information concerning each offer thoroughly.
  2. Members of Cashazon fill out the offers found on the site at their own risk. The Site takes no responsibility for the advertisers services or products. If there are questions or problems with the service or product received from the third party, this must be taken up with them, not Cashazon.
  3. (a) Cashazon does not guarantee that a user’s account will get credited for every offer. We have the right to not credit a members account for numerous different reasons, including, but not limited to: lack of appropriate information, incorrect sign-up process, incorrect web browser settings, and/or a history of manual credits.
    (b) Cashazon takes no responsibility for delays in your delay or failure to receive credit for offers completed. Some offers take quite a long time to credit to the account.
    (c) If a third party advertiser fails to pay Cashazon, we will not be able to pay those who completed their offers.
    (d) It is the responsibility of active members to save their confirmation emails after completing offers. Without these confirmations Cashazon cannot manually credit those who claim to have completed an offer and not received credit for it. It should be noted that even if this confirmation is received, Cashazon reserves the right to deny payment for any reason.
    (e) When a member has not been credited it is up to them to check to see if they have indeed filled out the offer correctly. This is the most common reason why accounts are not receiving the credit. Users should also wait at least two weeks before contacting Cashazon as it can take this long for credits to come through. If you have done this and are still having trouble you can contact Cashazon directly, but note that we can still deny payment at any time.

PAYMENTS (“Cashing Out”)

1. Eligibility for Receiving Payments from Cashazon

  1. Disbursement. Member payments are processed to send between the 15th and 20th of every month, for the balance of the account at the final day of the previous month. There are times when it takes longer to process payments. Cashazon does not guarantee when the payments will be processed or sent. Some interferences may be affecting payment processing. These include but are not limited occurrences such as late third-party payments and technical difficulties. In cases where the offers have not yet credited your account, you will not receive payment that month. No payments for nay offers will be sent out until the advertiser has paid Cashazon in full. Every month accounts at Cashazon are audited for fraud and Cashazon will only send you your balance after having verified of the legitimacy of your member account and the money you have earned. If a user is found to be defrauding Cashazon or the advertisers they will have their account terminated instantly and all earnings will be lost.
  2. Fees. Some of the cashout methods have fees attached to them. You can find out more about this on your account information page. All fees and taxes are the responsibility of the member not of Cashazon.
  3. Expiration. When you account has a bonus or an offer posted on it this must cashout in 90 days. After this time has fun out these offers will expire and not pay.
  4. Substitution. Users cannot substitute, reassign or transfer their earnings, only Cashazon is able to do this. If a substitution does happen we will make try to notify you, but reserve the right to not.
  5. Tax. If you make more than $600 per year with Cashazon you will have to claim this on your taxes that year, this is the law. We can send you an IRS W-9 form through the postal service. You will need to fill it out and send it back to us so that we can process it. This is the only way for you to get payouts that exceed the $600 mark.
  6. Cashazon will not send payment to a member for any month when there is less than $20 in said account. We have the right to apply other conditions in order to verify authenticity of user information and we can do this before any payment is sent. You may have to sign up three valid and unique users to verify that you are a real member of Cashazon and then we can release your payments to you.
  7. If you are suspected of fraud or dishonest activity we will not release payment.
  8. Only those who are residents of the US and who can accept US checks can become members of Cashazon.

2. Receipt of Payment

  1. If after a user has gotten their payment processed it is found that he or she has acted fraudulently then Cashazon has the right to proceed with legal action.
  2. If a member finds an error in payment amount they have 7 days to report it to Cashazon.
  3. If you have misplaced your check from Cashazon we will not replace it under any circumstances.
  4. If you choose PayPal for your payment service provider any problems that arise after we have sent them the payment is between the user and PayPal. You must resolve the problem with them, Cashazon has no liability or responsibility whatsoever.
  5. Once payment is sent through PayPal, we will not resend in any situation. We have no control over PayPal nor do we take any responsibility for their actions.

INDEMNIFICATION

  1. Liability. Members when singing with Cashazon agree to hold harmless and indemnify Cashazon in its entirety. This includes its affiliates, agents, licensors, employees, agents as well as all Cashazon members from and against any third party claim that comes up related to you, the users, use of the Cashazon site, including, but not limited to, any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature ("hold harmless").
  2. Unenforceability. If one aspect of these terms and conditions is found by a court of law to not hold up, that does not have any bearing or affect all other terms and conditions.

RESERVED RIGHTS

Cashazon reserves all of these rights:

    1. The right to deny or without the balance of your account for any and all legitimate reasons.
    2. The right to disable, suspend or terminate any account for any reason.
    3. The right to report fraudulent member activity to the authorities best suited to handle the situation.
    4. The right to update Cashazon terms and conditions at any time in any way.
    5. The right to terminate this agreement and all agreements at any point in time.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Until you opt out of participation with Cashazon all of the information that you submit becomes property of us. When you do opt out we will stop sending you messages in 10 days or less. It is important for members to note that while we will not send you promotions anymore, third party advertisers may continue to do so. Cashazon takes no responsibility for the actions of these companies. If you wish for them to stop contacting you, then you will have to contact them directly.

THIRD-PARTIES

It is the responsibility of the member to thoroughly read the terms and conditions associated with third party advertisers and their offers, Cashazon has no responsibility for these offers whatsoever. While Cashazon will not charge you membership fees, some offers may require a payment of some kind. Any charges that the user incurs while filling out an offer or trying an advertisers product or service is solely the responsibility of the user.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

1. Legal Requirements. If a member of Cashazon uses the site and service to violate any local, state, federal or laws of other nations, we reserve the right to terminate the account with total loss of earnings. Violations can include but are not limited to anything that can violate the rights of the advertiser, Cashazon, behavior that can be construed as obscene or pornographic, defaming, or that can harass or assault others. If legal action is taken against the member then Cashazon will provide law enforcement or other party with all information regarding member including name and address. Cashazon shall not be responsible or liable in nay way for damages found against the member. Member also agrees that they will take no action against Cashazon for disclosing of personal information.

2. Full Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement reached between members and Cashazon, it also takes precedence over any prior or contemporaneous (oral, written or electronic) agreement that has been reached in the past. Cashazon reserves the right to change this agreement at any time for any reason. If any aspect of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions still stand as is. Cashazon will then amend the unenforceable section in a manner that will hold up in a court of law.

3. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies. Cashazon takes no responsibility for any errors that may be found on the website, this includes the amount that is to be credited to an account after completion of an offer. We have the right to change, amend or correct any part of the site at any time with no notice.

CONTENT OF THE SERVICE

Cashazon has no liability and takes no responsibility for third party actions. This includes computer viruses. A third party is defined as any entity that is not Cashazon. We do our best to, but have no responsibility to monitor third parties. We also have the right to refuse to post the content of third parties at any time and for any reason whatsoever.

REPRESENTATIONS
All members must provide Cashazon and third party advertisers will only one hundred percent honest and accurate information. By becoming a member at Cashazon and taking part in the offers here, you are stating that you are legally able to do so and that there is no legal conflict.

PRIVACY
In order to use Cashazon you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated here. Updates do happen and it is your responsibility to seek these out, Cashazon has no responsibility to tell you when they take place.

SEVERABILITY AND HEADINGS

If a section of the terms and conditions is considered to be unenforceable this will have no affect on the rest of the terms. The headings that you see on the agreement are there only for your convenience, they have no bearing on the actual terms or conditions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. Time zone. All dates and times on the Cashazon site are U.S. Eastern Standard Time.
  2. Forum. Our business is in Sacramento California and as such any legal action taken against us must take place here.
  3. You agree that all content and services that go through Cashazon are protected by copyrights, moral rights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights and laws, both in the United States. and internationally. Any rights that have not been mentioned here are reserved by Cashazon and our third party advertisers.
  4. Cashazon Promotions and Programs are managed and held only by Cashazon, third party advertisers have no say in said promotions.
  5. By becoming a member and user of Cashazon you agree not to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, disassemble, translate or otherwise alter, defraud or create false results from any executable code, contents or materials on or received via this site or any advertiser's site. You must understand that these sorts of actions open you up to civil and criminal legal action and that the Company will pursue you for these actions to the fullest extent of the law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CASHAZON, A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY, BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION), THAT COMES FROM OR IS FOUND TO BE IN CONNECTION WITH THE AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF THE INFORMATION FOUND ON THE CASHAZON WEBSITE.

ANY LOSS SUFFERED DUE TO ONES INABILITY TO USE THE SITE WILL NOT BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CASHAZON. As a member and user you understand and agree that in no situation will Cashazon be responsible for any damages that you incur, including, but not limited to: (i) any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages coming from the inability to use the site in any way, (ii) any errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies found on the site, (iii) any unauthorized access to your account or information, (iv) any of the third party including advertiser actions (v) or any other damages that may come from the Cashazon site even if we have been notified of said damages. We are in no way responsible for the following: termination, suspension, information dissemination, legal proceedings against you, damages (actual or consequential), suits, losses, judgments, litigation costs, attorneys' fees, and any other consequences that you may face. All choices and decisions that you make on Cashazon and concerning Cashazon are the sole responsibility of you the user/member. Cashazon is not liable for what happens when you visit any other website through the links that we provide. All money you agree to spend when taking part in offers and trials is your responsibility, and Cashazon is not to be help liable in any circumstance or situation. These terms and conditions are to be adhered to even in the event of conclusion of said agreement.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH CASHAZON THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED, YOUR ONLY COURSE OF ACTION IS TO CEASE USING THE SITE AND ITS SERVICES.
